Обязанности

  • 01Execute Cognition’s field strategy by delivering extraordinary in-person experiences for top engineering and business leaders
  • 02Build deep relationships with regional sales teams and collaboratively develop territory strategies aligned to revenue targets
  • 03Own the full lifecycle of each event: planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, onsite execution, attendee management, and follow-up
  • 04Localize our core narratives and value propositions for specific industries, geographies, and customer segments
  • 05Run pre- and post-event campaign motions to maximize attendance, engagement, follow-up, and conversion
  • 06Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering to bring Cognition’s story to life through high-quality demos, technical programming, and customer content
  • 07Scout and evaluate strategic opportunities and build a consistent presence for Cognition in target markets

Требования

  • 01Demonstrated experience in field marketing for technical or enterprise software companies
  • 02Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure complex programs tied directly to revenue outcomes
  • 03Strong cross-functional partnership skills—you instinctively bring Sales, Product, and Marketing teams into alignment
  • 04Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with high expectations for quality and speed
  • 05Ability to communicate technical products clearly and credibly to senior engineering and business leaders
  • 06A track record of running multiple programs simultaneously with precision and strong attention to detail
  • 07Experience leading field marketing programs at a high-growth startup
  • 08Ability to design executive experiences and create moments that differentiate a brand
  • 09High organizational and operational skills combined with creativity
  • 10Enjoyment of working closely with Sales and directly impacting revenue
