01Own a product area: define problems, write clear requirements, and drive execution with cross-functional teams.
02Shape the roadmap using data, feedback, and market signals.
03Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.
04Use metrics and user insights to measure and improve outcomes.
05Communicate clearly, align stakeholders, and guide decisions.
06Act with a founder mindset–simplify, move fast, and embrace feedback.
07Learn continuously and help raise the bar for Plaid’s products and culture.

012–4 years of experience in a product-related role (e.g. Product Manager, startup operator, founder, or product analyst).
02Proven track record of building or launching products end-to-end.
03Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver value quickly.
04Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas simply and effectively
05Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
06Familiarity using AI in your day-to-day product work, such as prototyping, research, or analysis.
07Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.

01Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered.
