Обязанности

01Lead customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term scalability
02Design architectures that map Synthesia’s capabilities to high-value customer use cases
03Partner with Sales on solution scoping, proposals, API demos, and deal strategy
04Build proofs of concept to demonstrate the art of the possible and accelerate customer buy-in
05Create playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns that help us scale how we deliver value
06Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders — including VP- and C-level audiences
07Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring the voice of the customer into platform evolution
08Contribute to platform thinking — helping shape how we scale Synthesia from product → ecosystem

015+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a SaaS environment
02Strong project & stakeholder management across multiple workstreams
03Hands-on experience working with APIs, workflows, or integrations
04Excellent storytelling and communication skills — able to engage technical and executive teams
05A commercial mindset — understanding how architecture drives adoption, retention, and expansion
06Proven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models
07Curiosity, initiative, and a builder mentality — with comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment
