Senior Manager, Audit Partnerships

Обязанности
- 01Own and grow relationships with existing audit partners across all Vanta customer segments (SMB through enterprise)
- 02Expand the audit partner network by identifying and onboarding new firms, reducing concentration risk, and capturing demand from larger audit firms not yet in the network
- 03Manage and develop a team of 6 APMs (4 US-based, 1 EMEA, 1 APAC dotted line), including performance management where needed
- 04Continue to shape the APM team as strategic partners to Auditors, including shaping how external communications and Monthly Business Reviews are conducted
- 05Lead international expansion efforts for the audit partner network
- 06Collaborate cross-functionally with segment go-to-market, partner operations, and Partnerships leadership to align partner strategy with business priorities
- 07Establish team operating rhythms, quality processes, and partner health frameworks that scale
Требования
- 01Background in the audit ecosystem — former auditor (Big 4 or mid-market) strongly preferred
- 028+ years of overall experience, with 4-5+ years of people management experience
- 03Proven ability to manage and grow external partner or client relationships at scale
- 04Strong instincts for balancing technical audit expertise with business development thinking
- 05Experience managing performance across a distributed, geographically diverse team
- 06Track record of building or scaling a partner or channel network, reducing risk through diversification, or driving quality programs in an external-facing capacity
- 07Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- 08Preferred: experience with international expansion or managing partners across multiple geographies
- 09Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
