Senior Product Manager, Test Experience

Обязанности
- 01Own the Test Experience roadmap including platform and agentic outcomes
- 02Deeply understand our customers and our market, with a focus on how they manage their compliance outcomes day to day
- 03Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
- 04Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
- 05Directly help shape Vanta's AI and agentic offerings
- 06Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow
Требования
- 01Have proven prior experience taking on large, deep opportunities within a product surface, preferably in security, data management, and/or workflow tools
- 02Have 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers
- 03Possess proven AI skills, especially around prompting and agents - you should feel comfortable and confident building around the cutting edge
- 04Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams
- 05Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken
- 06Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
- 07Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
- 08Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
- 09Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
