Обязанности

  • 01Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback management, and offer negotiations
  • 02Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic hiring plans
  • 03Proactively identify passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies and talent mapping
  • 04Ensure a world-class candidate experience through every stage of the process
  • 05Track key recruiting metrics to drive continual process optimization
  • 06Partner with People Operations and cross-functional teams to support headcount planning and employer branding initiatives
  • 07Represent Cursor at recruiting events and in the broader tech community

Требования

  • 015+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally at a high-growth and talent dense high growth startup
  • 02A strategic over volume recruiting mindset
  • 03Deep understanding of technical skills, market trends, and the unique challenges of hiring top engineering and product talent
  • 04Proven ability to build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers and senior leadership
  • 05Excellent communication, organization, and candidate assessment skills
  • 06Highly driven, self-starter with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
  • 07Comfortable working in an incredibly fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment
