01Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback management, and offer negotiations
02Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic hiring plans
03Proactively identify passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies and talent mapping
04Ensure a world-class candidate experience through every stage of the process
05Track key recruiting metrics to drive continual process optimization
06Partner with People Operations and cross-functional teams to support headcount planning and employer branding initiatives
07Represent Cursor at recruiting events and in the broader tech community

015+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally at a high-growth and talent dense high growth startup
02A strategic over volume recruiting mindset
03Deep understanding of technical skills, market trends, and the unique challenges of hiring top engineering and product talent
04Proven ability to build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers and senior leadership
05Excellent communication, organization, and candidate assessment skills
06Highly driven, self-starter with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
07Comfortable working in an incredibly fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment

01This is an in-office role ideally based out of our San Francisco office and secondarily, our NY office
