Обязанности

  • 01Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
  • 02Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London office
  • 03AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably
  • 04End-user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team
  • 05Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
  • 06New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives
  • 07Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
  • 08Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides

Требования

  • 01A friendly, end-user focused attitude. You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.
  • 02Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
  • 03Comfort with common IT fundamentals (macOS, networking basics, SaaS tooling)
  • 04A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • 05Clear written and verbal communication skills
