Principal Demo Engineer

- 01Own the Fin demo platform end-to-end
- 02Build multi-tenant mock workspaces, seeded data, configuration, reset infrastructure, and guardrails for reliable, fast, and safe demos
- 03Build first-class demo features into Fin itself (UI and workflows for SEs to spin up, reset, and tailor demo accounts in minutes)
- 04Use AI to prepare demos (research prospects, synthesize realistic org structures and conversations, auto-configure demos for verticals and use cases)
- 05Enable SEs to move faster with templates, libraries, and scripting hooks for composing complex demo scenarios
- 06Show Fin across every surface it touches (Web Messenger, mobile SDKs, voice, email, Slack, API-driven workflows)
- 07Partner with Enablement to design hands-on training, demo libraries, and certification paths for SEs and AEs
- 08Stay ahead of the product roadmap by ensuring demos exist for new Fin capabilities at launch
- 09Codify successful patterns from the field into tools, templates, and playbooks for the GTM org
- 10Embed with product teams to support net new product releases before go-to-market
- 11Collaborate on positioning products, talk tracks with PMM, and build simulations and training materials
- 12Juggle relationships across Product, GTM, PMM, Enablement, and Engineering to move work forward
Требования
- 016+ years building software in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, Founding Engineer, or similar)
- 02Hands-on AI/LLM product experience (built with LLMs, understand RAG, tool use, agents, and evals)
- 03Strong full-stack chops: TypeScript (frontend) + one backend language (Ruby, Go, or Python)
- 04Comfort working across web and mobile (iOS/Android or React Native)
- 05Deep familiarity with SDKs, wrappers, and developer-facing APIs (both built and integrated)
- 06Proficiency with RESTful APIs and SaaS integrations
- 07Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) and measurable productivity gains from AI
- 08Design sensibility (care about demo presentation and user experience)
- 09Background in customer support, contact center, or CX tooling (nice-to-have)
- 10Experience building internal platforms or developer tooling at scale (nice-to-have)
- 11Experience with multi-tenant demo/sandbox environments and synthetic/anonymized data (nice-to-have)
