Principal Demo Engineer

- 01Own the Fin demo platform end-to-end including multi-tenant mock workspaces, seeded data, configuration, reset infrastructure, and guardrails
- 02Build first-class demo features into Fin itself including UI and workflows for SEs to spin up, reset, and tailor demo accounts
- 03Use AI to prepare demos by researching prospects, synthesizing realistic org structures and conversations, and auto-configuring demos
- 04Build templates, libraries, and scripting hooks for SEs to compose complex demo scenarios
- 05Ensure demos show Fin across every surface including Web Messenger, mobile SDKs, voice, email, Slack, and API-driven workflows
- 06Partner with Enablement to design hands-on training, demo libraries, and certification paths
- 07Stay ahead of product roadmap by creating demos for new Fin capabilities before they ship
- 08Codify successful patterns into tools, templates, and playbooks for the GTM org
Требования
- 016+ years building software in a customer-facing technical role
- 02Hands-on AI/LLM product experience including building with LLMs, understanding RAG, tool use, agents, and evals
- 03Strong full-stack chops: TypeScript on front end plus one strong backend language
- 04Deep familiarity with SDKs, wrappers, and developer-facing APIs
- 05Experience with RESTful APIs and SaaS integrations
- 06Proven ability to increase productivity with AI coding tools like Claude Code
- 07Design sensibility for creating professional-looking demos
- 08Understanding of what makes a demo effective for closing deals
