Enterprise Solutions Engineer

  • 01Partner with the incubation Account Executive to lead technical validation for Engineering and product development opportunities
  • 02Develop a deep understanding of product development workflows and map them to Command by Asana
  • 03Translate customer pain points into practical solution designs and compelling business value narratives
  • 04Conduct technical discovery sessions, whiteboard conversations, and tailored product demonstrations
  • 05Advise on solution architecture, integrations, admin considerations, and deployment approaches
  • 06Partner with existing Asana AEs, CSMs, and core Solutions Engineers to support expansion opportunities
  • 07Build repeatable demo assets, solution patterns, technical collateral, and feedback loops
  • 08Surface structured customer feedback, objections, and product gaps to Product and Sales leadership
  • 09Deliver technical enablement and best practices to the broader revenue organization

Требования

  • 013+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • 02Strong understanding of Engineering and product development team personas
  • 03Strong understanding of AI coding agents and technical concepts like API/MCP, data structure, permissions, and automation
  • 04Excellent discovery skills to uncover customer workflows and technical constraints
  • 05Proficiency in designing and delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and whiteboard sessions
  • 06Strong collaboration skills with AEs, CSMs, Product, and other teams
  • 07Comfort operating in early-stage or incubation motions
  • 08Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and a strong builder mentality

Условия

  • 01Role based in New York City office with office-centric hybrid schedule
  • 02Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  • 03Option to work from home on Wednesdays
  • 04Working from home on Fridays depends on work type and team partnerships
