Sr Analyst Payroll, APJ

Обязанности
- 01Process payroll for the APJ region accurately and on time, while resolving discrepancies and addressing employee inquiries (ServiceNow)
- 02Coordinate the data entry and maintenance of payroll information systems and conduct reconciliations of payroll accounts to prepare payroll reports
- 03Implement data validation checks to ensure accurate payroll processing
- 04Support stakeholders by fulfilling ad-hoc requests for payroll data analysis, delivering timely and insightful information
- 05Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the APJ region
- 06Maintain current knowledge of payroll compliance requirements and best practices
- 07Collaborate with the legal team to address compliance-related queries and implement necessary changes
- 08Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and discrepancies
- 09Prepare documentation for both internal and external audits related to payroll processing
- 10Collaborate with finance teams to ensure payroll data reconciles accurately with financial reports
- 11Collaborate closely with HR teams to align on payroll-related issues
- 12Facilitate effective communication between payroll and finance departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- 13Maintain solid relationships with payroll vendors to ensure effective service delivery
- 14Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
- 15Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to service-level agreements and contractual obligations
Требования
- 015+ years with payroll administration in the APJ region
- 02Experience with payroll data analysis tools
- 03Knowledge of HR management systems (Workday)
- 04Skills in generating payroll reports
- 05Experience using data validation tools
- 06Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation
- 07Knowledge of ServiceNow for managing payroll inquiries
- 08Experience with TMF Horizon Payroll Vendor operations (Preferred)
- 09Ability to conduct payroll account reconciliations
