Senior Product Manager - Self service cloud

Обязанности
- 01Define the vision and roadmap for self service cloud growth, encompassing onboarding and trial experience, product features adoption and trial activation, customer interviews and churn analysis, product engagement analytics and email nurturing.
- 02Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and establish realistic delivery timelines.
- 03Collaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand their specific onboarding flows and trial experience.
- 04Drive technical decision-making regarding onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self-service customers.
- 05Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback on trial experience.
- 06Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness.
- 07Drive native integrations with 3rd party developers platforms.
Требования
- 014+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
- 02Strong background and experience with Product Led Growth.
- 03Demonstrated experience with self-service cloud services, having shipped products that provide self-service trials.
- 04Data-driven approach to product decisions, with experience in product adoption and analysis.
- 05Strong communication skills, capable of cross function collaborations and alignment.
- 06Experience with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration.
- 07Direct experience with Elasticsearch or similar search/database technologies.
- 08Background in product marketing.
- 09Experience with cloud service providers marketplaces.

- 01Compensation is base salary only, no variable component.
- 02Typical starting salary range: €85.600 - €135.500 EUR.
