Strategic Finance Manager, EPD

Обязанности
- 01Own financial visibility into compute, bandwidth, storage, and AI-related costs
- 02Translate product and infrastructure usage into clear cost drivers
- 03Partner with EPD to drive cost-efficient architecture and scaling decisions
- 04Build self-service cost tooling for Product and Engineering
- 05Enable teams to own and optimize their infrastructure footprint
- 06Standardize cost attribution across products and multi-tenant systems
- 07Lead infrastructure and AI efficiency initiatives
- 08Define north star metrics
- 09Embed cost efficiency into roadmaps and product decisions
- 10Develop scalable cost allocation frameworks across products, customers, and workloads
- 11Improve gross margin visibility, including AI product margins
- 12Support auditability and IPO readiness
- 13Define product-level unit economics across Vercel's product suite
- 14Connect usage to revenue and COGS
- 15Build driver-based models linking usage, revenue, and infrastructure costs
- 16Forecast COGS across core platform and AI products
- 17Model margin impact of scale and efficiency improvements
- 18Partner on usage-based and AI pricing models
- 19Evaluate tradeoffs between growth, adoption, and margin
- 20Ensure pricing is reflected in forecasts and unit economics
Требования
- 015-8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, IB, or Consulting
- 02Experience with consumption-based or cloud infrastructure businesses
- 03Strong modeling skills
- 04Experience with driver-based forecasting
- 05Ability to partner with technical teams and translate usage → financial insight
- 06SQL / data tooling experience strongly preferred
