  • 01Own the EPD rhythm of business: weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, planning cycles, and roadmap processes
  • 02Run the ShipOps function to enable Launch Calendar reviews and Vercel’s high velocity approach
  • 03Establish a product landing framework for post-launch processes
  • 04Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to set targets and execute tactics for pipeline creation and user launches
  • 05Develop and maintain competitive intelligence systems
  • 06Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science on analytical infrastructure
  • 07Partner with EPD leads to maintain team health, capacity visibility, and resource allocation

Требования

  • 018+ years in product operations, business operations, strategy, or adjacent function in high-growth tech company
  • 02Ability to understand complex technical products and articulate value to non-technical audiences
  • 03Deep familiarity with full software development lifecycle
  • 04Passion for structuring and solving ambiguous strategic problems
  • 05Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • 06Past experience at intersection of product and go-to-market teams in software company
  • 07Strong oral and written communication skills
