  • 01Build and develop FDE relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and regional Partner teams to support bi-directional pipeline review and bi-directional engagements (subcontracting, advisory) for company priorities.
  • 02Build a RFP process to support Partner Selection for large complex multi-year, multi-phase migration deals.
  • 03Create templates and scorecards to supplement partner selection with a data-driven approach.
  • 04Spearhead and lead efforts to incubate and ramp new partners with Gen AI capabilities.
  • 05Drive MBRs and QBRs with priority partners and develop long-term roadmaps for PS Partner delivery priorities.
  • 06Develop scorecards and feedback loops to segment partners by focus areas, regions, and company priorities.
  • 07Drive delivery governance to ensure partner quality and delivery on Services-led and partner-supported implementations.
  • 08Support global programs to measure partner quality such as CSAT, Partner Survey, and program governance.
  • 09Lead programs that align with FDE & Partner strategy for Assurance and advisory services.
  • 10Work with cross-functional channel teams to enable GSIs, RSIs, and SIs on Assurance services and support bi-weekly reviews and deal governance.
  • 11Support Partner IP efforts, including the creation of service delivery kits to better scale the ecosystem.
  • 12Liaison with Delivery Partner organizations to ensure personnel have the required training and certification to achieve Databricks projects following best practices.
  • 13Champion and provide thought leadership for specialization programs.
  • 14Implement and lead programs for achieving requirements and exceeding delivery quality.
  • 15Build and maintain an effective onboarding process for partner resources to ensure effective utilization and quality of services across Databricks customer deliveries.
  • 16Work with the Databricks resource management team to oversee pipeline planning with delivery partners, ensuring partner resource availability in a timely manner to support Databricks services opportunities.
  • 17Allocate and outsource Projects to Services partners, selecting appropriate partners and collaborating closely to ensure project success.
  • 18Work with legal, people operations, and other cross-functional organizations to support bi-directional contractual negotiations.
  • 19Advocate for Partner needs internally, managing escalations and issues on projects delivered by partners.
  • 20Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators for each Services partner.
  • 21Coach and mentor junior members of the team and partner resources.

Требования

  • 01Extensive industry experience including resource management and demand pipeline management, with a record of success in navigating and driving engagements with large enterprise organizations focused on FDE.
  • 02Extensive experience within a FDE or consulting organization as a Partner Manager and/or Consulting Manager.
  • 03Experience managing partner or third-party organization enablement, including upskilling teams to provide delivery capabilities.
  • 04Ability to work directly with Partners and customers to gather, prioritize, plan, and execute solutions to customer business requirements related to technology.
  • 05Experience managing commercial agreements with partners, including statements of work to support services management.

  • 01Pay range for Zone 1: $156,000 – $214,500 USD base salary.
  • 02Pay range for Zone 2: $140,400 – $193,050 USD base salary.
  • 03Pay range for Zone 3: $132,600 – $182,400 USD base salary.
  • 04Pay range for Zone 4: $124,800 – $171,600 USD base salary.
