01Works with internal stakeholders to understand and determine customer/user requirements for a set of features
02Reviews product feature code and test code to ensure it meets team standards, contains correct test coverage, and is appropriate for the product feature
03Considers diagnosability, reliability, testability, and maintainability when reviewing code and determines when code is ready to be shared or delivered
04Tests and explores various design options for a product/solution feature, outlining strengths and weaknesses of each option
05Creates and implements code for a product, service, or feature, reusing code as applicable with minimal supervision
06Uses appropriate AI tools and practices across the software development lifecycle in a disciplined manner
07Applies best practices to build code based on well‑established methods and secure design principles while also applying best practices for new code development and formal validation of security invariants
08Understands and applies security best practices and establishes code invariants to model "security as code"
09Adopts security standards for clear security code review practices for a set of product features

01Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
022+ years of experience developing web applications or equivalent experience
03Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python with demonstrated coding experience
