- 01Conduct client training in preparation for Go-Live events, following Nextech’s standard implementation methodology
- 02Complete practice assessments and workflow analysis guided by industry best practices
- 03Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on the proper use of software applications
- 04Train staff in individual and group settings, employing diverse teaching strategies to maximize effectiveness
- 05Complete administrative tasks to update customers, Project Managers and Department Managers on implementation progress
- 06Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and go-live
- 07Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization post-go-live
- 08Partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with client needs
- 09Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- 10Travel to and from customer locations
Требования
- 013 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically software implementation
- 02Knowledge of or applicable experience with NexCloud or Nextech Select
- 03Ability to cultivate strong relationships & influence behavior
- 04Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 05Excellent time management and organization skills
- 06Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- 07Ability to travel 75%+ long-distance or air travel
