Требования
- 01Compassionate and resilient
- 02Genuine passion for person-centered care
- 03Minimum 12 months experience in UK care
- 04Engaging and willing to support age-appropriate activities
- 05Comfortable working with teenagers and pets (dogs, cats, rodents)
- 06Able to drive (due to rural location)
- 07Skilled in exposure to clinical complex care
- 08Skilled in personal care
- 09Skilled in manual handling
Условия
- 01Shifts: Tuesday DAY 07:00-19:00
- 02Shifts: Tuesday & Saturday NIGHT 19:00-07:00
- 03Pay rate: Days £18.56 per hour
- 04Pay rate: Nights £20.83 per hour
- 05Pay rate: Weekends £23.07 per hour
- 0624/7 clinical and operational support
- 07Employee Assistance Programme (round-the-clock wellbeing support)
- 08Access to refresher courses and specialist practical training
- 09Shadow shifts and sign offs from a qualified nurse
