Clinical Lead - Bristol

- 01Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the client, their family and the care team
- 02Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the client, their family and other healthcare professionals
- 03Effectively communicate with staff on the clinical condition/diagnosis and treatment/discharge plans of clients and ensure accurate records are maintained by staff
- 04Identify and manage risks as part of care provision and lead the investigation and resolution of clinical incidents, ensuring timely and thorough documentation
- 05Support staff by delivering client-specific clinical training, mentorship and supervision, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development
Требования
- 01Adult nursing degree with an active NMC pin
- 02Experience in complex or critical care with competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation
- 03Experience managing clinical teams
- 04Experience in a community setting
- 05Confidence working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- 06Good written and verbal communication skills
- 07Person‑centred approach

- 01Permanent full‑time position with on‑call telephone support on a rota system
- 02Field‑based role with frequent travel across Gloucester, Bristol and Oxford
- 03Salary £49,000‑£53,000 plus £3,000 car allowance
