Community Adult Nurse - Bromyard

- 01Provide clinical care and support to individuals with complex health needs
- 02Build trust with individuals and their families
- 03Create safe environments for clients
- 04Empower individuals to take trips, learn new skills, and thrive at home and in the community
- 05Support in physio, aqua therapy, and assisted communication technology
- 06Support in music therapy and art
- 07Assist with accessing social environments
- 08Work closely with private therapists using high-tech equipment
- 09Work 2:1 with a known HCA to assist the client
Требования
- 01Compassionate and resilient with a genuine passion for individualised care
- 02Experienced in UK complex care (minimum 6 months in the last 2 years)
- 03Skilled in Nasal Pharyngeal Suction
- 04Skilled in Care and Use of Gastrostomy
- 05Skilled in Ventilation via Mask

- 01Location: Bromyard, Herefordshire
- 02Shifts: Days & Nights - 08:00-20:00 & 20:00-08:00
- 03Pay Rates (including holiday pay): Days: £35.20 per hour
- 04Pay Rates (including holiday pay): Nights: £39.55 per hour
- 05Pay Rates (including holiday pay): Weekends: £44.06 per hour
