- 01Coding new features, enhancing the operational experience of the systems you develop, and iteratively improving them based on production insights
- 02Authoring, contributing to and reviewing design documents
- 03Taking an active role in shaping the roadmap
- 04Mentoring and supporting other team members and collaborating with different teams across the organization
- 05Owning the experience of our customers by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and a separate weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations
Требования
- 01Strong coding skills and operational experience; responsible for operating the software you have built
- 02Experience working on a SaaS platform and dealing with common distributed systems problems (e.g. scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA, …)
- 03Excellent communication skills; ability to express ideas with great clarity in writing and during meetings
- 04Willingness to work across teams and align work with the needs of other squads and external stakeholders
- 05Pragmatic approach; prioritize progress over perfection and handle ambiguity
- 06Familiarity with Golang or willingness to learn the language

- 02Compensation range in the US: $174,986 - $209,983 USD (actual may vary based on level, experience, and skillset)
