- 01Partner with Sales team to articulate Grafana value proposition and strategy
- 02Own technical engagement with customers to close opportunities
- 03Deliver product and technical presentations to customers
- 04Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams for feedback
- 05Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
- 06Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, create knowledge base articles
Требования
- 01Located in Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, and/or Tampa
- 025+ years of technical pre-sales experience
- 03Experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring space
- 04Ability to hit the ground running in a startup environment
- 05Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills
- 06First class written and oral communication skills
- 07Ability to work and collaborate with an international remote team
- 08Technical mindset with desire to grow technically
- 09Self-motivated, initiative, and creative
