01Exceptional software engineering background with deep experience building large-scale, high-stakes systems (billing, payments, or transactional platforms preferred)
02Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence or directly manage engineering teams
03Strong track record delivering complex backend systems for consumer applications at scale
04Passion for revenue-generating products and creating exceptional user experiences
055+ years of experience working on large-scale consumer applications, ideally in monetization, subscriptions, or fintech
06Experience leading engineering efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
07Expertise in distributed systems, global payments infrastructure, personalization engines, or A/B testing frameworks
