- 01Lead development of core billing and payments infrastructure underpinning the Crusoe Cloud experience
- 02Build systems for usage metering, pricing, invoicing, and payments, ensuring correctness, consistency, and auditability of financial data
- 03Design scalable architectures supporting rapid product and pricing evolution
- 04Establish billing as a highly reliable, trusted system for customers and internal teams
- 05Define and uphold high standards for system uptime, accuracy, and data integrity
- 06Build strong observability, reconciliation, and incident response practices
- 07Drive operational excellence for business-critical financial workflows
- 08Champion a customer-first approach to billing by improving clarity and usability of billing surfaces, APIs, and cost insights
- 09Partner with product and design to simplify complex billing concepts
- 10Operate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders by partnering closely with Product, Finance, Legal, and Go-To-Market teams
- 11Balance competing technical, financial, regulatory, and customer requirements
- 12Drive alignment and execution across multiple organizations
- 13Build and lead a high-performing engineering team by hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers across levels
- 14Foster a strong team culture focused on ownership, quality, and impact
- 15Drive execution against ambitious goals in a fast-moving environment
Требования
- 01Demonstrate strong people management and team leadership with 2–3 years of experience managing engineering teams
- 02Bring a track record of delivering impactful projects through others
- 03Have experience coaching and developing engineers
- 04Bring strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals
- 05Have experience building or operating reliable, scalable systems
- 06Guide architecture and make sound technical tradeoffs with a deep understanding of data integrity and correctness in high-stakes systems
- 07Value reliability and precision in critical systems
- 08Have experience in monitoring, alerting, and incident management
- 09Bring an appreciation for correctness, auditability, and long-term maintainability
- 10Have comfort operating systems where accuracy is non-negotiable
- 11Exhibit excellent technical communication skills, both verbal and written
- 12Be extremely organized, capable of managing complex initiatives and team priorities effectively
- 13Have a Bachelor's degree minimum
