- 01Own end-to-end design for Auth0's Dashboard, Universal Login, and developer experiences
- 02Lead strategic initiatives with product managers and engineering leads to define roadmaps and shape product direction
- 03Create pixel‑perfect interfaces with attention to visual design, interaction patterns, and accessibility
- 04Prototype and validate ideas through iteration, user research, and data
- 05Evolve the design system, establishing patterns that scale across Auth0 and Okta
- 06Mentor designers and raise the bar for craft and process across the team
- 07Represent user needs in a security‑focused domain where clarity builds trust
Требования
- 017+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong visual design and systems thinking portfolio
- 02Proven ability to simplify complex, multi‑step workflows while preserving power and flexibility
- 03Strong prototyping skills in Figma or similar tools; comfort with code‑based prototypes
- 04Research fluency and ability to choose appropriate usability tests, analytics review, or intuition
- 05Clear communication that influences both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- 06Experience mentoring designers, leading critiques, or shaping team culture
- 07Bonus: experience with developer tools, B2B SaaS, or identity/security products
- 08Bonus: comfortable with modern web development and have built or worked with design systems
- 09Bonus: familiarity with Auth0 platform
