- 02Build and ship AI-native experiences: agents, copilots, workflow automation
- 03Scale proven products into reliable, reusable capabilities (1→N)
- 04Define quality metrics, evaluate AI performance, and drive adoption
- 05Partner across IT, HR, Finance, and GTM to ensure real business impact
Требования
- 0110+ years in product management, with 2+ years shipping AI/ML products in production
- 02Track record taking products from idea → MVP → broad adoption
- 03Experience building AI-powered products with LLMs, agents, or RAG
- 04Strong understanding of AI capabilities and how to apply them to real problems
- 05Ability to balance speed and quality, knowing when to experiment vs. standardize
- 06Experience building AI evaluation frameworks and measuring quality
- 07Excellent cross-functional leadership and storytelling skills
- 08User empathy and ability to translate complex workflows into simple experiences
