Director, Product Management - Cloud Infrastructure

01Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud infrastructure product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives, as well as broader industry trends and market context
02Own Okta’s compliance service offerings, including international and US public sector and our US Federal business
03Oversee Okta’ Data Platform and help navigate its strategic role in providing analytics, frameworks for reporting, machine learning, messaging, and more to both internal and external customers.
04Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of infrastructure products and services
05Develop pricing strategies and models for infrastructure products and services
06Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs, and use this information to inform innovation, product decisions and prioritization
07Built and lead a high-performing product management team, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure their success
08Define and monitor metrics for cloud infrastructure products and services, including availability, performance, and utilization, and use the data to drive continuous improvement
09Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud infrastructure to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.

0110+ years of experience in technology product management, preferably with a focus on platform product development or cloud infrastructure products and services.
02Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and platforms, including AWS, GCP, etc.
03You can produce solid action plans from often incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs
04Track record of owning and delivering on large strategic projects - you can see the big picture, but deliver on the details
05Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and on budget.
06Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
07Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
08Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
095+ years of people management experience with a strong track record of leading teams and operating effectively as player-coach

01The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $258,000 — $355,000 USD
02The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between: $230,000 — $317,000 USD
