01Evolve and maintain Crusoe’s brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all platforms (web, social, events, and internal comms)
02Conceptualize and design high-impact marketing assets for product launches, major industry events (like GTC), and digital campaigns
03Design deep-dive white papers, technical reports, and presentations that make complex energy and AI concepts visually digestible
04Collaborate with the engineering team to design landing pages and digital experiences that are as innovative as our infrastructure
05Manage the end-to-end design process, from mood-boarding and conceptualization to final production-ready assets
06Act as a design partner to the People, Talent, and Data Science teams to ensure our internal culture is visually aligned with our external brand

014-6 years of professional design experience, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a top-tier creative agency
02A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, grid systems, and clean, geometric visual design
03Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and an interest in AI-assisted design tools
04The ability to take technical information and turn it into a compelling visual narrative
05Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple projects without sacrificing quality
06A proactive communicator who enjoys receiving and giving constructive feedback
