Senior Brand Designer, Experiential

Обязанности
- 01Translate and expand Synthesia’s brand into physical and experiential environments globally
- 02Evolve the visual design of our event presence — across trade shows, conferences, and owned customer events
- 03Design booths, spatial environments, signage systems, print assets, and merchandise from design to production
- 04Develop cohesive event identities across physical and digital touchpoints (presentations, environments, social media posts, events web)
- 05Design for digital experiential moments (webinars, virtual events, launches)
- 06Storyboard and design motion and screen-based content for events and keynotes
- 07Partner closely with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and raise the bar on how we show up
- 08Provide art direction and guidance to external vendors, agencies, and fabricators
- 09Own production quality: manage print setup, supplier-ready files, and on-site execution standards
Требования
- 016+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or experiential design, with strong hands-on events experience
- 02Multidisciplinary designer with a wide skill set and comfortable working across different mediums and crafts; excited about experimenting with new technologies
- 03Proven experience designing physical environments and real-world brand experiences
- 04Deep knowledge of print production and large-format design (this is a must)
- 05Fluent in Figma, with the ability to translate work into production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator
- 06Experience working across multiple mediums: physical, digital, and motion
- 07A strong sense of ownership — comfortable leading projects end-to-end in a low-process environment
- 08A proactive, organised, and ownership-driven mindset — you’re comfortable working autonomously in a small senior team
- 09A producer mindset: able to balance creative ambition with feasibility, timelines, and budgets
- 10Comfortable collaborating with and directing external partners, vendors, and agencies
- 11Strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders
- 12Systems thinker, able to create scalable approaches for global execution
- 13Comfortable working across different types of projects while keeping experiential as a core focus
- 14Experience in B2B or tech environments
- 15Experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow to accelerate ideation, iteration, or content creation
- 16Experience in building websites in no-code tools such us Framer/Splash
- 17Basic 3D modular design
- 18Industrial design knowledge
Условия
- 01Located EMEA Remote/London: Ideally London. Otherwise Europe (hub-based preferred)
- 02Reporting to @Antonia Delnevo , Head of Brand Design
- 03Working in the Brand Design team (team of seven incredible brand and motion designers) in strong collaboration with @Adela Posse
- 04Travel: Required across Europe + US, potential APAC in future
