Enterprise Account Executive-Major Accounts

- 01Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting, qualification and trial to close
- 02Leverage Samsara’s award winning Business Value, Customer Success Management and Leadership teams to effectively close large complex opportunities
- 03Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, as well as receive leads from our account development team
- 04Target Eastern Canada’s largest operational customers
- 05Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Требования
- 015+ years experience in a senior SaaS sales role
- 02Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- 03Experience handling and owning large complex deals
- 04Comfortable in a rapidly changing, high-growth tech environment
- 05Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 06High comfort closing transactions of up to $1M+ ACV in size
- 07Experience with building out a new territory and acquiring new high value target accounts
Условия
- 01Annual on-target earnings (OTE) Salary $396,000 — $396,000 CAD
- 02Total Rewards program delivering above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity
