Finance Systems Manager

Обязанности

01Own the Pigment platform end-to-end, including model architecture, formula logic, system configuration, integration design, and ongoing administration
02Manage financial data integrations between Pigment, NetSuite, and other source systems to ensure seamless data flow, accuracy, and consistency
03Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and self‑service analytics capabilities for Finance teams
04Lead design and implementation of Plaid's AI and automation roadmap for FP&A, identifying opportunities and deploying tools
05Serve as primary technical point of contact for Pigment users across Finance and Procurement, providing training and support
06Contribute to the long‑term Finance systems roadmap in collaboration with ERP/Accounting systems lead
07Partner with FP&A leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system enhancements
08Stay current on Pigment product releases and industry best practices, proactively identifying new capabilities

018+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A operations, or business systems roles
023+ years of specialization in EPM/CPM platforms, preferably Pigment; Anaplan or Adaptive Planning also considered
03Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data flows, integrations, and governance across finance systems
04Experience integrating EPM platforms with ERP and HRIS systems such as NetSuite and Workday via APIs or integration platforms
05Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and drive projects independently
06Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
07Proactive, self‑directed mindset with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
08Strong analytical instincts, attention to detail, and track record of ensuring data integrity at scale
09Interest or experience in AI and automation tools applied to finance workflows
