- 01Own a product area: define problems, develop ambitious hypotheses to solve them, and drive execution with cross-functional teams
- 02Shape the roadmap using data, feedback, and market signals
- 03Speak directly with customers and GTM teams to sharpen your ideas
- 04Display a strong understanding of business needs
- 05Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences
- 06Use metrics and user insights to measure and improve outcomes
- 07Communicate clearly, align stakeholders, and guide decisions
- 08Act with a founder mindset–simplify, move fast, and embrace feedback
- 09Learn continuously and help raise the bar for Plaid’s products and culture
Требования
- 013-6 years of experience
- 02Proven track record of building or launching products end-to-end
- 03Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver value quickly
- 04Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas simply and effectively
- 05Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- 06Be comfortable making decisions and owning their outcome
- 07Familiarity using AI in your day-to-day product work, such as prototyping, research, or analysis
- 08Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment
- 09[Nice to have] Experience in fintech
