Обязанности
- 01Define and drive the roadmap for Accounting Analytics, aligned to business priorities and long-term data strategy
- 02Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable data products, AI solutions, and automation initiatives
- 03Hire, develop, and mentor a team of analysts, analytics engineers, and data product builders
- 04Establish best practices across data modeling, experimentation, and product development
- 05Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous learning
- 06Oversee the design, development, and adoption of data products, dashboards, and internal applications used to run Accounting
- 07Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and deeply embedded in business workflows
- 08Lead the development of intelligent workflows (e.g., automation, copilots, agents, decision-support tools) that increase leverage across Accounting
- 09Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI and automation to core financial processes
- 10Partner with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality, well-modeled, and governed datasets
- 11Establish standards for data quality, documentation, and discoverability
- 12Deliver actionable insights and shape strategic decisions through data
- 13Act as a thought partner to Accounting leadership, bringing a data-driven perspective
- 14Identify inefficiencies and drive system- and process-level improvements
- 15Implement scalable solutions over one-off analyses
Требования
- 018+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or related fields, with 2+ years in a people management role
- 02Deep expertise in SQL and building scalable, production-grade data models
- 03Experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- 04Strong proficiency in Python (or similar) for data transformation, automation, or application development
- 05Experience building data products (not just dashboards), including tools, apps, or workflows used in business operations
- 06Demonstrated experience applying AI/LLMs (e.g., Cortex, OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to real business problems
- 07Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
- 08Experience supporting Accounting or Finance organizations
- 09Experience with ERP and financial planning systems
- 10Background supporting finance or accounting teams
- 11Familiarity with agile development practices
