  • 01Collaborate regularly with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify strategies that enable customers to achieve their business goals and recommend these proactively to customers
  • 02Develop a deep understanding of your assigned customer's environment, use cases, and challenges and provide expert technical advice post-production
  • 03Develop, manage, and implement a strategy for efficient workload consumption
  • 04Work with Snowflake Product and Engineering teams to access new product features, private previews, and platform upgrade requirements
  • 05Act as the technical advisor for production workloads, often advising on multiple use cases within large, complex organizations
  • 06Monitor incoming cases for assigned customers and interpret issues and potential business impact to provide contextual technical guidance to the support engineers to expedite issue resolution
  • 07Utilize resources from Performance Engineering, Professional Services, Incident Management, and Support Engineering, while also engaging other specialized technical experts for tasks beyond your expertise
  • 08Willingness to travel regionally to customer locations, deliver on-site solutions, and build strong customer relationships

Требования

  • 01B.S. or M.S degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 028+ years of experience managing enterprise customer relationships as a Technical Lead or Technical Account Manager or equivalent role
  • 035+ years of experience working with AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or a private cloud environment
  • 04Experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, technical architecture, or data architecture consulting
  • 05Experience working within the partner ecosystem as it pertains to Snowflake solutions
  • 06Skilled in resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives
  • 07Excellent verbal, written, communication, and receptive listening skills
  • 08High levels of emotional intelligence (EQ), empathy, proactivity, and the ability to advocate for both customers and internal teams
  • 09Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing relationships with leadership, colleagues, and clients
  • 10Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams
