Senior Product Designer, Observe by Snowflake

Обязанности
- 01Own end-to-end design for one or more Observe surfaces: AI SRE, APM, Metrics, Log/Trace Explorers, dashboards, or onboarding
- 02Define interaction models for complex observability workflows; incident investigation, root cause analysis, service maps, and AI-assisted troubleshooting
- 03Prototype early and often using AI-enabled tools to validate ideas quickly and iterate with engineering
- 04Partner with PM and engineering as a peer in shaping product direction, not just executing on specs
- 05Contribute to and evolve Observe's design system and shared interaction patterns
- 06Present work clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate feedback without losing design integrity
- 07Help raise the bar for product design
- 08Keep abreast of competitor products and trends; perform competitive and comparative analysis to understand existing patterns
Требования
- 015+ years of product design experience working on complex, data-heavy or developer-facing products
- 02Strong eye for design, with deep care for layout, motion, affordances, and visual polish
- 03Design portfolio that showcases ability to design software that is beautiful, powerful, and intuitive
- 04Comfort designing for technical users and engaging with engineers on implementation tradeoffs
- 05Experience with AI-native surfaces: chat interfaces, agent-driven workflows, or explainability and trust patterns
- 06Prototype-first mindset; prefer showing concepts over describing them
- 07Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to PMs, engineers, and leadership
