Principal/Staff Software Engineer

Обязанности
- 01Develop and maintain core enterprise platform systems ensuring security, reliability, and scalability for large customers
- 02Contribute to the suite of APIs that expose Avatar technology to external tools
- 03Own multi‑team projects, breaking down complex problems into iterative, deliverable steps
- 04Collaborate with product, security, legal, and infrastructure partners to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- 05Monitor system health and reliability using observability metrics and ensure compliance with performance standards
- 06Plan long‑term platform direction to support future scale, enterprise needs, and evolving regulations
Требования
- 01At least 7 years of software engineering experience, senior or staff level
- 02Proven experience building and operating large‑scale platform or enterprise systems
- 03Strong development and system design expertise; full‑stack knowledge is a plus
- 04Experience with enterprise‑grade concerns such as security, compliance, data handling, access control, or multi‑tenant architectures
- 05Hands‑on ownership of production systems, including observability, incident response, and reliability improvements
- 06Ability to work across teams and stakeholders, driving technical initiatives end‑to‑end
- 07Track record of aligning engineering work with long‑term product and business goals
- 08Previous experience leading projects or mentoring engineers is a plus

- 01Base salary starting at USD 200,000 plus stock option plan
