Обязанности
- 01Own multiple features for the new Interactive Agents product, a two-way conversational video platform to practice conversations and improve team performance
- 02Work directly with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning for real use cases and building associated ML infrastructure
- 03Collaborate with the product manager to ideate and focus on commercial problems
- 04Evaluate work using data pipelines and frameworks to understand impact on commercial objectives
- 05Consider long-term direction of the team to develop engineering capabilities
Требования
- 01At least seven (7) years of experience as a software engineer, at least 3 on the staff level
- 02Experience in a high-performing engineering team operating at scale
- 03Ability to work across the stack with deep knowledge on server side, Machine Learning and backend
- 04Relevant engineering experience for building enterprise-grade SaaS products delivering agentic systems
- 05Strong alignment with commercial success
- 06Previous leadership experience of smaller teams is a plus

- 02Salary starts at EUR/GBP/CHF 120,000 base + stock option plan
- 03Full-time employment only
- 0425 days of leave + local holidays
