Обязанности
- 01Own the end-to-end development of self-serve tooling that converts repeated marketing asks into reusable platform capabilities
- 02Be opinionated about agentic and AI-augmented workflows
- 03Partner directly with marketers, designers, and PMs to identify which workflows are highest-leverage to automate
- 04Set the bar for velocity and quality
- 05Reduce the team's ticket burden by making the request unnecessary
Требования
- 014+ years of product engineering experience, ideally at a high-growth tech company, with a meaningful share of that time on user-facing or platform-tooling work
- 02Demonstrated track record of building internal tools or platforms that materially reduced repetitive workflows for non-engineers
- 03Strong product instincts
- 04Comfort with AI/LLM-augmented engineering
- 05Velocity and ownership
