Staff Software Engineer, Agent Platform

Обязанности
- 01Build high-throughput backend applications and services, like streaming chat between user and agent
- 02Design a collaborative "Multiplayer Computer" that lets humans and AI agents work together on shared shells, filesystems, and state—conflict-free and in real time
- 03Develop infrastructure (frontend & backend) that empowers product engineers to rapidly ship delightful user experiences
- 04Design and build durable, well-crafted interfaces between the Agent and internal systems, as well as external agentic systems (MCP)

- 018+ years professional experience in building backend services, systems and platforms
- 02Someone who values simplicity and pragmatism—you think radically but ship incrementally
- 03Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously
- 04Collaborative and team-oriented with a strong sense of shared ownership
- 05Experience across the full-stack
- 06Experience building AI powered tooling or products
- 07Experience with collaborative editing technologies such as Operational Transforms (OT), CRDTs, or the inner workings of Git
- 08Experience with event sourcing systems
- 09Problem-solving mindset: Ability to approach complex operational challenges systematically and devise effective solutions
- 10Self-directed and autonomous: Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- 11Strong communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 12Continuous learning: Passion for staying current with industry best practices and new technologies
- 13Focus on automation: Strong belief in automating repetitive tasks and building self-healing systems
