Обязанности
- 01Lead high-risk, full-stack 0→1 initiatives to define new product categories
- 02Act as the Engineer DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) with total ownership over an initiative's technical, product, and launch success
- 03Work on projects like helping Replit Agent build alternatives to popular SaaS vendors
- 04Enable Replit Agent to become a full principal within third-party services
- 05Ensure Replit can be used fully within various chat, agentic, and commerce environments
Требования
- 014+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 02Technical company founding, entrepreneurial, or high-visibility side projects experience preferred
- 03Understanding of the full agentic software development stack
- 04Strong track record leading complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- 05Experience building and operating platform systems that other teams depend on
- 06Strong product judgment balancing UX, speed, correctness, and long-term maintainability
