- 01Develop and implement Airbnb’s legislative and public policy objectives, including advocacy priorities, positions, and strategies
- 02Review legislative language, draft comments, and research issues to provide analysis on legislation affecting Airbnb
- 03Maintain relationships with contacts in local, regional, and national legislative, executive, and administrative offices, as well as allied groups and coalition partners
- 04Represent Airbnb in meetings with government officials, industry associations, hosts, and other stakeholders
- 05Manage consultants and agencies to support campaign plans
- 06Report progress accurately, flag roadblocks timely, and ensure alignment with business priorities
- 07Monitor and track legislation and regulatory matters
- 08Lead strategic engagement with the National Assembly, ministries, regulators, and policy stakeholders
- 09Define stakeholder strategies and engagement priorities
- 10Drive initiatives from concept through delivery, including planning, sequencing, internal alignment, and external follow‑through
- 11Produce concise briefing materials, meeting readouts, and leadership updates
Требования
- 018+ years experience working with policy issues in a business, political, governmental, legislative or regulatory context
- 02Background in the National Assembly, central government or equivalent policy‑facing role preferred
- 03Ability to quickly understand complex technical and regulatory issues
- 04Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a matrix organization
- 05Strong analytical, critical thinking, memo‑writing and budgeting/basic accounting skills
- 06Excellent communication, presentation and writing abilities
- 07High attention to detail, organization and ability to keep others organized
- 08Professionalism, strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- 09Flexibility, resilience under pressure and entrepreneurial mindset
- 10Leadership experience and ability to manage and develop teams (nice to have)
- 11Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
