  • 01Lead, coach, and develop a team of Luxe Market Managers across NAMER and LATAM
  • 02Own the end-to-end supply strategy for NAMER and LATAM, setting priorities across acquisition, host quality, and portfolio optimization
  • 03Guide territory-level strategies based on market maturity, host segmentation, and the competitive landscape
  • 04Design and scale acquisition programs through direct outreach, luxury real estate partnerships, and property manager relationships
  • 05Identify untapped markets and supply opportunities across the region
  • 06Champion the Luxe brand and quality standards across the region
  • 07Support your team in building and maintaining relationships with high-end hosts, estate managers, and luxury property management companies
  • 08Serve as a senior escalation point for complex host relationships and cross-functional issues
  • 09Own regional business performance, ensuring markets meet supply, revenue, and quality KPIs
  • 10Partner with Luxe leadership, Guest Services, Content & Quality, Marketing, RevOps, Policy, and Product to launch initiatives
  • 11Cascade market insights and host feedback to internal stakeholders to influence product and policy decisions

Требования

  • 0110+ years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or marketplace management
  • 024+ years leading and scaling field-based teams
  • 03Deep knowledge of the NAMER and/or LATAM luxury travel and real estate landscape
  • 04Proven track record of meeting or exceeding supply acquisition and revenue targets through a team
  • 05Experience building and managing high-value partnerships with luxury real estate professionals, property managers, or estate operators
  • 06Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards
  • 07English proficiency required
  • 08Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
