- 01Act as an effective and trusted partner to the fast-paced and high-performing Airbnb team
- 02Deliver clear, effective and practical legal advice to various business functions including business development, public policy, marketing and communications
- 03Handle legal matters such as regulatory compliance, consumer protection, competition, marketing, employment, privacy, dispute resolution, and law enforcement
- 04Make sensible legal risk assessments that balance growth and risk while keeping business priorities at the forefront
- 05Collaborate closely with other legal team members both regionally and globally
Требования
- 01Qualification in Japan (as bengoshi)
- 02Native-level command of Japanese (written and spoken)
- 03Business-level English (written and spoken)
- 04Minimum 2-5 years post-qualification experience in an MNC and/or start-up
- 05Consistently delivers creative, thoughtful and business-oriented results that appropriately balance growth and risk
- 06Tech-forward mindset with a proactive willingness to leverage AI tools to optimize legal productivity
- 07Team player, highly collaborative with excellent communication and listening skills
- 08Proactive owner who takes initiative while navigating competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
