Engineering Manager, Continuous Delivery

- 01Build and lead a new globally distributed engineering team
- 02Hire, onboard, and develop engineers
- 03Partner with Product Management and cross‑functional teams to shape roadmap and architecture
- 04Foster a culture of engineering excellence across reliability, performance, security and maintainability
- 05Champion AI integration in daily workflows
- 06Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback and support professional growth
- 07Maintain delivery cadence, track milestones and remove blockers
- 08Participate in Incident Management on‑call rotation
Требования
- 01Proven leadership experience managing high‑performing engineering teams
- 02Hands‑on technical credibility for architectural guidance
- 03Strong background in distributed systems and durable workflow execution
- 04Experience with release orchestration, deployment automation or continuous delivery at scale
- 05Familiarity with Kubernetes deployment patterns and GitOps workflows, including blue/green and canary strategies
- 06Experience with policy‑based governance and event‑driven architectures
- 07Ability to build and lead teams in early‑stage contexts, define processes and hire foundational members
- 08Excellent written and verbal communication, async and handbook‑first mindset
- 09Experience in remote‑first, globally distributed organizations
