- 01Deeply understand the needs of startup founders and learn how they use Atlas and other startup products
- 02Stay at the front of the ever changing technology landscape, ensuring we are building where founders are and with tools they want to use
- 03Drive product development in collaboration with engineering counterparts by setting the pace, prioritizing ruthlessly, and unblocking execution
- 04Craft product experiences that are both simple and powerful, with surprisingly great details
- 05Contribute to product strategy and own delivery of product and business metrics
- 06Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and deliver clear communication on statuses, priorities, and landed impact
- 07Represent Atlas externally with founders, venture capitalists, accelerators, and partners
- 08Establish new external partnerships as needed to drive product development
- 09Develop and maintain metrics to help understand product performance
- 10Ensure that every user has a great experience with Atlas, reviewing feedback, unblocking stuck users, collaborating with support teams, and recommending product solutions

- 016+ years of product management or product-focused founder experience
- 02Shipped user‑facing or API products built on complex technical systems running at scale
- 03AI enthusiast and experimenter
- 04Willingness to upend workflows for 2x better results
- 05Passion for helping founders build their businesses
- 06Persistence and a whatever‑it‑takes approach
- 07Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 08Adept with data and confident in measuring user impact
- 09Founder background or experience in a very early stage company (preferred)
- 10Software engineering experience, computer science or engineering degree, or similar technical experience (preferred)
