Обязанности
- 01Lead end-to-end project delivery on strategic implementations ranging from 3 to 12 months: scope, planning, resources, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- 02Guide change management for legal and IT teams at enterprise clients, helping them transition confidently to new workflows and ways of working
- 03Own the configuration and setup advisory for each customer: develop deep product knowledge across our full suite to deliver tailored, hands-on implementation
- 04Run customer training sessions adapted to different user profiles (business, IT, executive) at each stage of the project
- 05Be the face of DiliTrust during the implementation phase, laying the groundwork for a trusted, lasting partnership
- 06Coordinate across R&D, Application Support, and data migration specialists to ensure smooth technical integrations
- 07Apply an agile project management methodology, adapting approach to each client's complexity and pace
- 08Build business fluency in the legal domain (corporate governance, contract lifecycle management, litigation)
- 09Travel to customer sites as needed to support key project milestones (up to 10-15% travel)
Требования
- 012+ years of experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects in a client-facing role
- 02Experience handling complex project situations and keeping stakeholders aligned
- 03Comfortable talking strategy with General Counsel and configurations with IT architects
- 04Proactive problem-solving approach bringing solutions, not just status updates
- 05Intellectual curiosity about legal operations, governance, and transforming technology
- 06Ability to thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments bringing structure without bureaucracy
- 07Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus given global client base
