Обязанности
- 01Managing strategic projects ranging from 3 to 12 months (planning, resources, communication)
- 02Supporting customers through change management (expert consulting, change management, expectation management, customer education)
- 03Advising on application setup and configuration, with strong expertise in the product suite and internal tools
- 04Training customers
- 05Building and maintaining a trusted relationship with clients
- 06Connecting technical experts with clients (customer data migration, interface implementation)
- 07Applying our agile project management methodology
- 08Communicating with various stakeholders: client teams (business, IT, etc.) and DiliTrust teams (application support, R&D, etc.)
- 09Developing business expertise (corporate law, contract and litigation management, governance body management)
Требования
- 013 to 5 years of experience in application project management with clients
- 02You understand the challenges and context of SaaS implementations
- 03You are able to lead a project team to success
- 04Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
- 05Ability to take a step back and put challenges into perspective before proposing suitable solutions
- 06Strong analytical skills to quickly identify bottlenecks and solve problems while keeping operational and business issues in mind
- 07Native German speaker and fluent in English
