10Foster strong relationships across business landscape collaborating with partners, sales, and go-to-market teams

015+ years in data space with technical product such as data warehousing, big data, or machine learning
025+ years experience leading technical teams preferably in pre-sales organization
03Experience exceeding annual quotas and building strategic accounts
04Proven experience as trusted advisor to technical executives guiding strategic data infrastructure decisions
05Track record of hiring, training, and promoting qualified candidates
06Ability to create positive morale within the team
07Ability to foster effective working relationships with Field Engineering, Sales, and other internal partners
