Обязанности
- 01Help lead a team of Solutions Architects (SAs)
- 02Lead and promote a diverse team focusing on enterprise software, big data/analytics, data engineering, data science, data warehousing and generative AI
- 03Partner with Sales and other Field Engineering technical segments to increase revenue
- 04Help customers achieve success through Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform
- 05Scale and maintain an outstanding Field Engineering team
- 06Hire, train, and grow a team of Solutions Architects
- 07Make customers extremely successful with Databricks and provide outsized value to their businesses
- 08Maintain a robust hiring pipeline of highly qualified candidates
- 09Establish relationships across the business
- 10Keep team of SAs ahead of the technical curve with advanced knowledge of Databricks technology stack
- 11Ensure team is continuously learning and working to provide comprehensive solutions
- 12Lead team through best practices for technical qualification, technical validations, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations
- 13Establish and foster external partnerships with systems integrators (SIs) and independent software vendors (ISVs)
- 14Create a positive culture and morale for the team
- 15Work cross-functionally with other teams such as Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success
Требования
- 01Proven experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams
- 025+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product (data warehousing, big data, machine learning, or generative AI)
- 03Trusted advisor to technical executives that guide strategic data infrastructure decisions
- 04Strong understanding of consumption-driven business models and recipes for long term growth
- 05Experience hiring candidates that continually raise the bar
- 06Experience ramping up team members to be successful and promoting into larger roles
- 07Must be technical enough to earn the trust of Engineering talent and leadership
- 08Ability to influence and review complex architectures
- 09Ability to guide team and customers towards ideal solutions that scale
