Обязанности
- 01Work alongside Finance Operations to administer key go-to-market business systems, including Salesforce, Leandata, Outreach, Gong.io, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo and Workato Build and deploy automation (flows), validations, and applications in Salesforce
- 02Enhance existing systems and implement new features servicing our Customer Success, Account Management, and Solutions Teams.
- 03Analyze key business requirements and systems capabilities to write specifications for systems build and run end-to-end implementation
- 04Write and maintain clear documentation on systems build and integrations with other business systems
Требования
- 013+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations or business systems in a fast-paced environment
- 02You have Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience
- 03You’re a master with Salesforce and GTM automation tools (LeanData, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Workato, Hightouch), and other GTM tools & systems alike, and can learn new systems quickly
- 04You leverage AI tools to automate workflows and processes
- 05You love getting in the weeds to build elegant, efficient and scalable solutions
- 06You’re a structured thinker with a natural capacity to distill complex concepts and effectively communicate them to a variety of audiences
- 07You have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
